We had to create a fusion restaurant and brand it. Liba’s Kitchen is a fusion restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada mixing American and Colombian cultures. The entrees are served family style while the menu contains a few special Colombian recipes that are fused with American ingredients. This project was created and dedicated in loving memory to Libardo Niño Diaz.
