CHALLENGE
How might we deliver the best e-reading experience and consistency across all platforms: iOS, android, web app, e-ink device.
THE WAY
We actually got a legacy architecture and design and were asked to redesign it to look modern and give better reading experience. The approach was that first we change the style because it will be the easiest and then systematically, improve the architecture and flows, also create new concepts for features. There were 3 UX Designers on the project, each one responsible for different platform and 2 UI Designers, we all needed to cooperate closely to makes sure we deliver consistent experience across all platforms.
IMPACT
Tolino won a prize for being nr 1 provider for e-reading experience on the German market.
