Objective: Serial Robotic Arm for Industry. 
Location: Precision department of Tokai University 
Design Supervision: Azamat Yeshmukhametov
Team: Three members 


A Serial robotic arm to hold and move items was the aim after research of popular and trending robot ideas. The Serial robot is 3 dimensional with a grapper. 
We have sketched the dimensions and overview of the robot design including main details.​​​​​​​

The sketch was then modeled using SolidWorks. I have modeled the base box including the rotating circle on top to enable the arm to rotate in 360 degrees (full rotation). 
Other parts of the arm were modeled by the other members of the team and then assembly was done individually. ​​​​​​​

The base was 3D printed and tested using Servo motors. Testing measurements and clearance in parallel to the rotation and movement testing​​​​​​​
