32 pages of a book re-paginated as if it were a magazine.
I chose La Nausea by JP Sartre, decontextualizing it and re-inserting it in a totally different context, which was very familiar to me: the city where I grow up in Sicily, Messina. I took all the images from Google Maps screenshots, and I chose to capture everything that has always given me strange feelings about my places: dirt, degradation, desolation. The result is something between: a contemporary magazine and an old family photo album from South of Italy.
