In the traditional religion of Taiwan, people will seeking guidance on questions or helps. We have many Gods and Goddess who wield the power in different fields, but basically they will all willing to listen and provide their opinions.
One time when I traveled to the BEIJI Temple in Tainan, there's a adviser certification from local police station hanging on the wall. It shows that when police facing some trouble during the investigation, they will here for the the suggestion from the God in this temple.

Mysterious Taiwanese is a short film series that I working on, which have a main idea: people observing.
I met people doing some weird things from time to time while walking in Taipei city.
Some of them are out of tune during that field right on that time, and some of them gave him/her a strange characteristic.
They made this city more funnier, also make me think of transforming these reults of observing into animation pieces, to show the bizarre and humor on that moment.
