Many people are a bit narrow minded about the idea of beauty. Confining it to a small box. But you should think outside the box. Accept the imperfections and respect yourself. Health and wellbeing is so much more important than how your body looks.
True beauty doesn't come from your physical appearance. What's most important is how you feel. Don't let a number on a scale dictate that. You are more than that 💪
