The image is created using a variety of mediums. The base of the image is created from plaster, tree branches wrapped string painted with acrylic, clay for the sea plants, the character is carved wood, and the fish is made out of foam painted with acrylic. The scene was photographed and placed within a digitally painted atmosphere.
