This was our entry proposal for the 2006 Schindler Award : "Removing barriers to culture". As the slogan suggests it focused on Accessibility for All.
The project consisted in making the seine crossing around the Eiffel tower easier for people with disabilities. The topography and traffic in this zone make indeed mobility there all but impossible.
