The aim was to make citizens of Łódź discover their own city. But it is not just a calm research. It is fight for our history, for our identity.  That is why game was called ŁódźBój (Łódź - name of the city, Bój - fight).
Game was planned for 2 weeks. Each day we put few challenges in front of players (they were playing in teams of 2-4 people). They were different, but all had two things in common - they were somehow connected with the city and almost all required going out of home and making research in Łódź. During two weeks every midnight we published challenges on website. Our way of thinking assumed that teams will have time to complete one, maybe two challenges a day. We made more of them just to give players choice. The biggest surprise was the fact that most of teams decided to complete all or almost all challenges - that had to consume few hours each day! 
Most of challenges could be done by the players in any moment the liked during 3-day period of validity. Some challenges were connected with history of the city, discovering new stories (including their family stories) and exploring unknown areas of the city. Some were connected with contemporary aspects of city - its culture, politics, planning. Some required useful action - like cleaning some part of player's district. It was extreme trip through Łódź. 
But there were also special missions - 1 street game, 1 Live Action Role Play and some actions requiering fast response - announced by sms.
During the game we recieved over 1000 of e-mails, we had to create assesment system (as we were not expecting so much challenges to be completed). Game was played by over 90 people in 30 teams. 
There were 60 challenges + 5 specials + 2 games. Each challenge was individually assesed and teams were given from 4 to 10 points. All the players gathered 6098 points. 
Main prize of the game was flight over Łódź.
