This project reviewed the problems of integrity violations of the historical urban environment. It is proposed to restore the planning-spatial structure, compositional integrity and functional activity of historical buildings using the regeneration method. This method was tested on a residential quarter regeneration project within the borders of Bratskaya, Igorevskaya, Andreevskaya and Peter Sagaidachnogo streets in the Podolskiy district of Kyiv
