A vibrant, young, media savvy organisation, Heaps Decent provides music production workshops to disadvantaged and marginalized young people in schools, juvenile detention and youth centers.  Over three years I transformed this organization from a passion project into a thriving, sustainable arts and social service organization turning over more than a quarter of a million dollars a year and accessing more than 750 young people in inner city Sydney and remote areas of Australia.
