COLLABORATION X CHIGRASH DE MOSCOU

CHIGRASH started with the story of Moscow courtyards told in bright colors. This is a new wave of Russian streetwear. This young brand made their new collection of clothes in collaboration with young Russian artists. To launch this project, it was necessary to develop a design for T-shirts and caps. ABOUT THE PRINT:

I thought it would be great to draw an interesting composition from the characters personifying their brand, so that it would not be boring, but it would be funny and absurd. In general, when Pasha suggested me to collaborate, it seemed to me that the topic of skateboarding and two "Chigrashes"- tomboys would be very welcome. Plus i added bright spot colors, a bit of dynamics and graphic patterns. When I drew a frontal print, I remembered the good old days of russian "okolograffiti" and old school parties on the streets of Kitaj-Gorod. There was a little nostalgia for those times - for which I thanks guys a lot.

For many years we have been accompanied by things that shape our taste and lifestyle. We follow contemporary art and support those who leave their mark on culture. With each new acquaintance it became clearer: each of these traces is special. Every day we watch them on the walls of the city, hear in bars and clubs on weekends, view in galleries and magazines. In the new Chigrash collection, we will present a series of collaborations with 6 Moscow illustrators: each has its own story, its own style and its own view of Chigrash.
