The architectural proposal organizes the functionality of the nursery and workshop system and incorporates new spaces for an emblematic plaza, gastronomy area and a wide boulevard that highlights the Hotel-Marina relationship, giving the group a character of Marina Club of international category, relying on the treatment of facades that suggest important buildings for the protection of nautical tenants and the presence of an appropriate landscape treatment with arboreal, grass and floral plant species that, as a whole, offer visitors a visual and sensorial richness.
