Colour in food photography is so important. I believe it connects us to food. 

I like to push my creative limits and focus on details beyond colour. One way I push boundaries is to put constraints on myself.

I decided to minimal colour only use green and white food. By doing this it forced me to think about the shapes and details I was capturing.

Green and white never looked so good!
