This musical instrument creates an intimate space between players, requiring communication, interaction, and collaboration. Players face each other, and a musical conversation unfolds as they listen and respond to one another. Sensitivity increases as emotional barriers diminish, creating opportunity for open and honest communication.

This instrument is inspired by and uses some of the same principles as the waterphone. Made of stainless steel and tediously TIG welded, the instrument is made with over 100 stainless steel rods, using two different thicknesses and varying lengths, which determine the pitch. When played with a bow the sound develops in the center resonating chamber, and expresses itself through the holes in the handles.
