These photographs are impressions of the Botanical Garden in Munich.
I wanted to show the aesthetics of the details behind the green plants –
things visitors don’t usually notice.

Inspired by these photographs of “Botanischer Garten” and based on sketches of plants and leaves, I created a pattern. By using hard contrasts and showing the overlapping of uncontrolled growth, I wanted my drawing to effect the impression of 3D.
