R E F L E C T I O N

I have learned a lot this year. Digital Voices taught me all about how the industry works, how the pipeline works, how to cooperate in a group and how it prepares me and the other students who are planning to get a job in the animation/film industry for the future. It has been a fun experience working with the Fear Construct group doing concepts, 3D modelling and making the animatic and it was also fun working with the Le Thenimation, working traditionally on light tables which was a tough task, but a good experience. The people I worked with in Le Thenimation were awesome with their incredible skills with animation. After I have been transferred to their group from Fear Construct, they taught me how to work on paper, how to draw in the style they are going for for their trailer, how to work with dope sheets and other things. I have learned a lot from the groups, workshops and from the course and I hope it is a fun experience for the next students that are planning to try out D.V.

R O L E S

Fear Construct:

- Concept Artist: During the very first days with the tissue/elevator pitch, I worked with a group of people to make the story for the horror VR game and once the other groups that did the pitch merged with ours, we were able to create the story and animatic of the game.

- 3D Modeller: After our concepts, we started making 3D models that we were assigned to do.

Le Thenimation: 

- Animator: After I got transferred to Le Thenimation, I was assigned to be an animator working on rough animation doing keys and in-betweens.

- Clean Up Artist: After most rough animations were done, I was assigned to clean up the rough animations, giving them more visibility for the scanning. 

- Shading Artist: After we made the decision to not clean up most of the scenes, I was assigned to shade the scanned scenes.
