SECONDARY SCHOOL PROJECT
The school is designed in the Arabkir community of Yerevan. The specific location of the school is in the place of the former school No. 149. It is located on the crossroads of Hovsep Emin and Malkhasiants streets. The choice and design of the school's size and shape have been greatly influenced by the location that has a table-like look. The school consists of two main buildings: for low grade, medium and higher grades. It should be noted that the children's building is completely separated from the upper class building by functional zoning and appearance. The only similarities between these buildings are the main corridor and library, which is accessible to two branches. The library has two floors. On the first floor there are bookstores, and on the second floor there is a large reading hall. In addition, grades 1-4 have separate access to their building, and the school yard is formed in front of that building. It is far from the street network and ensures children's safety. It is well-known that colors have a unique influence on the psychology and on the shaping of children's identity. That's why bright, cheerful, and expressive colors have been selected for the lower grade classroom look. On the opposite side of the entrance is a terrace designed for outdoor classes. The school has numerous music studios, labs and film studio. Furthermore, the sports building is adjacent to the school and has an outdoor stadium and a large racetrack. Several micro-yards have been built around the school.
