Concept design, Schematic Design
I participated in concept design for those buildings as a continuous development of approved master plan. These are luxurious residential buildings located along the perimeter of retail mall. Building facing to street and major views is to the beach.
I was working directly with Arif Mehmood - project design director, doing floor plan layouts, involving facade design, coordinating with facade engineers for technical solution - material selections.
The schematic design was completed in this project. Due to master planning issues and weak demand in the market. This project is put on hold until today.
