Pocketsurvey
PocketSurvey is a survey-based service launched in February 2018, with the majority of new users. As this is a new service, we thought that screen improvement was necessary to stabilize the initial UI/UX. So, we randomly interviewed new users for user interviews. As a result, we found that users weren't exactly aware of the categories they needed to build their surveys. And because of the lack of uniformity in design, the majority said it would not be seen as a service. Based on these results, we were able to produce a final design proposal as we tried to improve our perception of our PocketSurvey.
포켓서베이는 2018년 2월에 런칭한 서베이 기반 서비스로서, 대다수 사용자는 신규 사용자였습니다. 신규 서비스이기 때문에, 초기 UI/UX의 안정화를 위해 화면 개선이 필요하다고 생각했습니다. 그래서, 사용자 인터뷰를 위해 신규 사용자에게 무작위 전화 인터뷰를 했습니다. 그 결과, 사용자가 서베이를 제작하는 과정에서 필요한 카테고리를 정확하게 인지하지 못함을 알 수 있었습니다. 그리고 디자인의 통일성이 떨어지기 때문에, 하나의 서비스로 보여지지 않는다는 의견이 대다수였습니다. 이런 결과를 바탕으로 고객의 포켓서베이에 대한 인식 개선을 고민해 본 결과 최종 디자인 시안을 제작할 수 있었습니다.
