The problem: The application is made in Visual Basic, which last final version was released in 1998. So the interface and branding was really outdated.

 

The solution: After studying the brand and the users, we realized that we would make a huge update from the software and branding. So we made a website called "Ideas and Feedbacks" asking them what they want to change and implemented it on the new version.

The branding: We decided to change the name of the application and chose the name "Father" to make it clear that the product has grown and we're who we are now thanks to the clients. The logo displays a "T" holding the F and the R, in analogy of a father holding his children.

The interface: We needed to recreate the website and the application interface to look like a new and modern product.

 

 

In the day of the official release we made a hangout with the clients to show them the changes they had asked us and the new application design and answered many questions about the Father to make everything clear.
