Health Care Program Information Sheets
This series of flyers was created by the State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to share information on the different programs available to our members, how they are utilized and the benefits they provide. The pieces were designed to display the data in an easily digestible format so the reader could quickly process the information. The audience is providers, legislators or members and the goal is to educate, and in some cases, aid in fund-raising efforts.
