The first round of collateral for the 2019 Celebrating Women event was created to encourage people to nominate local women for awards. These materials included a print ad, digital eBlasts, and social media promotion.
I designed onsite materials for the day of the event, including signage and an animated video presentation. The event presentation had never included animation before. This addition elevated the experience for guests, who could read animated inspirational quotes as they waited for the program to begin.
On site, I used chalk pens to letter a message on chalkboard to encourage attendee interaction. The message read: "Note-Worthy. Leave our finalists a note of gratitude or inspiration."
