Branding and UX:: Volition Properties
My role on this project was the lead UX designer and branding consultant. For the website, I worked with a front-end developer.
CONCEPT & PROBLEM SPACE
Volition Properties, a leading Real Estate Investment Advisory in Toronto, was known only through word-of-mouth and a niche Meetup community. I was asked to help turn Volition Properties' positive "physical" customer experience into an equal, if not improved, online user experience.
RESEARCH
When I began my work with this company, I interviewed 4 different users, determined a target persona and initiated a customer journey map. These artifacts lead to a set of branding and user experience guidelines.
BRANDING GUIDELINES
After interviewing CEO Matthew Lee about his company's core values and determining the target audience for his service, this was color palette and typography choice.
DESIGN
The branding and user interface style guide was applied to produce a home page for all the important sub-pages.
