Decay of Color
When life is colorless, do you still see Beauty?
I'm sure all of us has been through that phase in life, where everything get colorless and boring. I'm not talking about the times of hardships and trials, those must probably be the most colorful areas of our life. No, I'm talking about the times that life just doesn't seem worth living anymore. Where everything you do just doesn't seem worth it. Even sleeping doesn't make sense! In the slowest moments of our life are we willing to carry that burden? To trudge along the empty road, lifeless and devoid of anyone to push you along. At these times, with our eyes to the ground and our mind on the road behind, do we see the beauty of life? The beauty of an incident that blocked our way, stalled us and frustrated us, only to find that later down the road a storm had past? Many of us do not, me least of all. But I hope after I writing this I may find beauty in the moments I hate the most.
