During the event of “Mon Kok pedestrian zone closure”, many were worry that once the closure happened, “low-quality busker” and “Dama (大媽)” rush to other places like TST pier and affected the community of buskers. As a music lover, this book was created as a Memoirs of the once Carnival-like TST Pier if the pier faces the same issue as Mon Kok pedestrian zone and bring out the awareness of underground musician and importance of licensing buskers.
