The scope of work for this project was to clean up the old app that Eteck used for internal management and billing. We needed to simplify, increase efficiency and make it more pleasing to the eye. The UX was our primary target but we also used their style guide to improve the UI.

We made a site-map for their old app and started creating user stories and flow while testing new routes and improving information display. 

The problems we faced primarily were the high number of redundancies in the structure along with the lack of differentiation between the information displayed on multiple pages that had very different roles.
