The Industry Series: Portraits pt. 1
In this series of portraits and paintings titled "The Industry Series," I explore people and themes with a connection to the hospitality industry. I, like so many others, have been employed by the industry as a mean of putting food on my own table for many years and have learned important aspects of life, people and culture that cannot be taught any other way. This series is dedicated to those individuals who made it their passion to serve others.
This first selection of work shows portraits of mostly chefs that have helped shape the service industry into the landscape we see it as today.
