Identity

of Joshua Parkinson
Identity design includes a broad range of logo development, letterhead, business cards, and branding graphics.  Design by Josh Parkinson of Simple Circle Design and Branding
IronMoxie, a new kettle bell fitness training company, needed an identity that communicated the signature kettle bell shape while communicating a combination of gritty hardness with a more feminine moxie.  The combination creates an interesting contrast, while the warm colors help offset the coldness of the iron blue.  Warmth helps with the activity and excitement needed by a fitness company, while the iron acts as an accent for impact with the gritty hard core feeling of serious workouts.  In concert with the playful supporting fonts and swirls, it also helps create a feeling of fun and good natured warmth, essential for the company's brand.

S2SF 2011 Bicycle Tour needed an identity for their 1000 mile Seattle to San Francisco Bicycle Tour event to raise funds for The Ndoto Project.  The Ndoto Project works to provide university education to young Kenyan leaders, along with the mentorship giving them the tools to make a difference in their communities and country.

Identity for One Purpose Chiropractic, specializing in personal wellness and personal atmosphere.  The orchids are both a unique feature of their clinic, and representative of the curves in the spine and neck their chiropractic care achieves to achieve for optimum health and healing.

Ideal Feast, a health and nutrition coaching service, sees living with vitality and lusciousness paramount to their goals, while providing personal, one-on-one coaching.  One's healthy relationship with food should be one of joy and deliciousness!  Yet we needed to portray a certain calmness at the same time to settle frayed nerves from some potential client's current anxiety towards food.
