1st Phase: Open Buildings
Objective:
Create 3 different typologies (small, medium and large) in 3 different types of access.
Description:
So that all typologies in all accesses were consistent with each other, they were all developed according to the Open Building concept. This allows that in the post appropriation of each housing unit, the user can modify it or even create exceptions that suit his way of living.

2nd Phase: Flow
Objective:
In a later area acquired, organize the typologies developed before to create a housing complex.
Description:
Thus, all the proposed implantation was developed through a similar concept to the previous one, the Flow is felt through the dynamics created in the terrain and in the transition of spaces, open and closed.
3rd Phase: Open Flow Building
Objective:
Merge the concepts developed previously and apply them in a single building.
Description:
The building developed in this phase, is a fusion between the concept of Open Building and the one of Flow. A building that mixes openings with locks, dynamics with stability, full and empty, with accesses and typologies free and independent.
The result, an Open Flow Building!
