For this self-initiated project, my goal was to develop a network to connect both shoppers and independent local shop owners. 
Besides the app that allows that communication, the brand would also provide examples and templates to the stores to improve their communication elements, a loyalty card for customers and merchandise to build a sense of community through the network. 

The shoppers would be empowered with alternatives to the supermarkets, with less stressful environments and better quality and variety of products. The shop owners, on the other hand, would have a platform to advertise and share their stores and campaigns, improve their customer service and even reduce the amount of wasted food in the store.
