Instacall Contact Center solution is implemented using only open source technologies and works on all major operating systems. It consists of telephony part, web server, database and browser acting as a client. Telephony part is implemented using FreeSWITCH which is one of the most robust and stable of telephony solutions. It is very extensible and highly configurable and has a lots of pre-built modules to cover today’s telephony needs.
I designed logotype, print/presentation materials and UI design for dashboard of this service. The logo consists of two parts: 1. Symbol composed of cloud and Call Centre earphone 2. Readable, clean text.
