The logo was realized by costructing the letters on a grid inscribes in a square rotated of -14° to recall the dynamism of the entrance.

The logo was drawn inside this angled square as if it were an element of the periodic table that go high to get away from the others and place itself on a different plane.

Inside the logo was required the presence of sunflower + references to the activity, for this reason it was decided to insert an angle that in addition to resemble a canopy increase the stability of the logo, convey a sense of security.

The forms used want to represent the appearance of this hill, divided between large vineyards and dense forests from which the architecture of the place emerges.

Inside it was chosen to represent the classic lion of San Marco (historical symbol of the institute).

The logo was designed using all the elements of the naming, the letter G was built with a triangle above it to recall the roof of a typical house.

how to represent it better than with a pasta dish? The upper part of the T is extended as a and placed above the other letters as if it were the spaghetti dish.
