App and Website Relaunch
With the new corporate design introduced in 2018, we have also revised the ADC app and website. The new design is a return to the brand identity of the club in 1964. The aim was to give the members and their work the best possible stage and to create a platform on which ADC members could share their knowledge.
The focus is on news with trade articles, interviews and work by ADC members. The new image captivates with large visuals and animation. The antiqua font »Le Jeune Deck« interrupts viewing habits on digital touchpoints without affecting usability. The second new ADC typeface »Centra No. 2« and the iconography developed to go with it ensure a clear typeface and quick orientation.
The redesign not only makes the app and website feel better; it also measurably improves the user experience. The number of hits, the number of works requested, and the usage time of the app were increased by an average of 200%, and the page of the ADC competition by more than 1000%.
