    For these works I concentrated on painted portraits from art history as a way to contemporize them from my, a college students, perspective. I used many different locations on campus to show how times have changed but mimicked the poses from the paintings not only to remind the viewer of them but to show that though time and surroundings change, people tend to do similar things that were captured centuries ago.
