By taking two different approaches, I attempted to communicate different moods between the two mediums.
The book used a cut and paste method. By printing out full alphabets a few selected type faces, I distressed the letters by hand then scanned them back in to create a more dramatic effect. Then selecting each letter individually to create words.
The motion graphic attempts create a sorrowful emotion with the speech.
