Groots Mobile App

The primary objective of this project was to create a mobile application that connects organic consumers & farmers; with a vision to make organic products viable and affordable
Research
Stakeholder interview was conducted with the key personals involved in the project. Elaborate user interviews were conducted with organic consumers, in-organic consumers, Organic Retailers, and Farmers. Using Google's G suite Forms we conducted online survey with larger group of target audience. 
User Persona & Empathy Map 
After synthesising the feedback from users, a persona was developed to represent a typical user’s personality allowing us to understand their problems, and how Groots could fill in those pain-points and become a “one-stop-shop” for organic products. Using an empathy map allow us to understand, communicate the problems, and mindset of our users in an easily digestible manner.
Wireframes
From the user research and Information Architecture, wireframes were created to provide a visual understanding of user flows to the stakeholder and project team. The wireframes were finalised after few iterations of review & feedback on user flows.   
User Interface Design
User Interface design were created inline with final wireframes. During this stage brand colours, fonts and other style guide were finalised.
