AUDIVELO brand and website update

Audivelo is a creative design and development studio in Seattle that had shifted scope since its founding in 2009. Starting out as a design and development studio that specialized in Flash and Motion Graphics, we had to make a shift when the landscape changed and Flash was no longer viable. Audivelo now develops custom Webflow and Wordpress based websites. We also build Woo-Commerce and Shopify stores, along with building mobile apps, games and immersive experiences.
I started by creating a Brand Style Guide that would provide the foundation for all Visual Identity from website to marketing materials. I wanted something bold, yet simple and minimalist to convey my design aesthetic. The previous color palette consisted of several shades of Gray with an Amber accent color. While it was a good medium for displaying motion graphics, games, and interactive websites, it had grown outdated. I replaced those mid-tone Grays with higher contrasting dark and light Grays and a deep, dark Magenta was chosen as an accent to convey trust and depth of thought.
Audivelo is based in the Pacific Northwest and I wanted to communicate that heritage, so secondary accent colors were picked from the local natural color palette. Amber was kept as a tie back to the previous brand colors, and to symbolize the autumn plumage of the local Larch and Cottonwood trees. Spring Moss, Deep Cyan, and Pacific Blue reference other natural color elements and together they delineate the four core solutions that Audivelo now offers our clients: Creative Direction, Design and Development, Digital Products, and Experience Design.
Next I created a Hi-Rez wireframe to form a consistent structure for the website. The Audivelo website takes a prospective client through a journey. I believe in Action and Discovery as core principles, so planning and research are at the forefront of my process.

Beginning with the Home page, visitors are guided by engaging animations and micro-interactions as they scroll through the four core business solutions we offer. Proper heading structure provides a basis for SEO and Voice Activated Search. Call To Action and Secondary Buttons allow visitors a path to deeper exploration of the website.
