For Koreans, Jajangmyeon is a soul food. Long before at entrance ceremony, graduation ceremony, and birthday, the family all sat around and ate Jajangmyeon. Jajangmyeon is still a popular dish, although it seemed to be pushed to fast food like a hamburger. How did Jajangmyeon, a soulful food of Koreans, who had been loved without such an age, been created? Jajangmyeon is said to originate from Zhajiangmian of China. Starting with the opening of Incheon, Zhajiangmian, which originated from the food of Chinese workers who came into Incheon, has two types, Beijing and Sandong, which have developed into today’s Jajangmyeon. It is organized as an infographic so that you can compare all of the dishes of the other two countries in a glance.
