This was a very interesting experience during my internship at Cravatex Brands in India. I was interning as a footwear designer for the brand FILA and it was often difficult to think new, different, innovative (expected all the time by your bosses!).
So my colleague and I thought of doing some shoe de-con to just vent out our stress and think free (like a happy mistake!). It involved hydro-dipping to randomly mashing up various parts of the sneakers. We were just having fun like kids in a candy store.
