PERIOD POVERTY
Periods themselves are a taboo subject.

The intention of this work is to not only challenge that idea, but to also draw attention to the severity of period poverty, and the impact it has on girls in school.

Young girls are often missing out on education due to the lack of access to appropriate menstrual products, and sometimes must use unsuitable alternatives. These illustrations can be used in a variety of ways such as posters or leaflets, to help raise awareness of period poverty.
