Problem
Develop a sustainable wood, safe and creative toy for an infant (newborn - 12 months) that will stimulate a child’s activity and motor skills. This may be achieved by stimulating the child’s senses and consequent learning abilities.
Solution
Inspired by wooden puzzles, Stanley Stegosaurus is a dinosaur toy designed for growing infants. He is designed to have many interactive parts for stimulating gross and fine motor funciton for the infant. For sustainability purposes, Stanley is made primarily from wood with additional sustainable rubber and plastic. Stanley is part of a series of toys under the company Classic Jurassic.
