速食泡麵是現代生活中非常方便的產品，然而，這些產品並不適合視障者或視力障礙者使用。例如，在購買時，視障者無法查看該成分。將煮沸的熱水倒入容器中存在高風險。

對於這些情況，我們採訪視障人士以解決所有這些可能的問題，因此我們的目標是基於我們在便利店或超市中看到的速食泡麵設計的三個方向。

Instant noodles is a very convenient product in modern life, however, this product for people who are blind or visually impaired is not beneficial. For instance, while buying, blind people cannot view the ingredient. And pouring boiled hot water into container exist high risk.

For these cases, we interviewed with blind people in order to solve all these conceivable problems so we aimed to three orientations based on the instant noodles design we could see in the convenient store or supermarket.

包裝設計：

容器將採用壓紋點字處理。當視障者觸摸點字和壓紋時，他們可以知道味道和信息。

Packaging design: The container will process with embossed braille dot. While blind people touch through the dots, they could know the flavor and messages.

雙層設計：

上層的碗含有調味粉和加入的熱水，幾分鐘後，熱水可以通過微小的洞孔流入下層的碗中。

通過這種方式可以防止風險，同時用熱湯碗倒入另一個碗。減少麵條本身太熱過熟。

Double-layer design: The center bowl can contain the ingredient and boiled water at the first time, after few minutes, warm water can flow through the tiny pinholes into side-layer. In this way can prevent the risk while taking the bowl with hot soup pour into another bowl. Also, decrease the noodles itself too hard-boiled by hot water.

碗邊的隔熱檔片：

將熱湯麵條倒入碗中或我們想要的地方。它很容易流出或灑出熱水。對於視障者來說，這個受傷風險很高。

這隔熱檔片的設計是為了防止沸水傷害到視障者的手指。

Patches at the bowl edge: When taking the noodles with hot soup to the seat or the place we want to be. It’s easily get scaled. For blind people, the rate could be higher. These patches are design is for preventing the heat from boiled water hurt the fingers of blind people.

One of American author and lecture, Helen Keller, she once said, "Alone we can do so; together we can do so much." Eating is the basic need in our daily life, but for minority, they still need more help when eating. We want to offer a more convenient using experience and safe quality to blind people. Make their live more convenient just as everybody.
