Without Crust is a magazine for the picky eating demographic. The content consists of healthy "picky" recipes with ingredient substitutions, infographics, articles, and interviews from picky eaters attempting to try new foods. The full magazine consists of 24 8.5" x 11" saddle-stitched pages. Personal responsibilities included setting brand standards, creating the "Without Crust" header and logo, providing advertisements that worked for a "picky eater" demographic, creating recipe pages, designing subscription cards, and establishing a suite of textures and fonts that suited the brand.
