This HR campaign for the BILLA retail company is based on facemadia technology that identifies the respondent's gender and age. We designed a bag that symbolizes billa in which a screen was placed where, after age and gender detection, the individual positions at which the respondent at BILLA could apply were displayed. We called this device Kariéromat. As we have already mentioned facemedia, it detects the face by age and gender, we have designed for individual age ranges from 18 - 25, 25 - 35 and 35 - 45+. The categories were for both men and women. Facemedia assigned individual positions.. The result was always a witty picture in a given position corresponding to the respondent's age and gender.
