Realty is a website template for a software called Wordpress. I designed and developed this theme to be given away in my website Fearlessflyer.com. The theme is aimed for use by real estate agents, brokers or even homeowners who wish to manage their property listings online. To view a demo of Realty - click here

The design is quite minimal and flat. It renders well in any kind of device due to its responsive design. Try viewing it in an phone or a tablet and see how elements adapt to the screen.

Typography means a lot to me and it shows in Realty. The font combinations used are Open Sans, Helvetica Neue, Georgia, Arial and Verdana. 

Functionality meets aesthetics with Realty theme. I have created custom post type "Listings" to assist in the admin section for the realtors. Custom taxonomies make it easy for them to categorize their properties. I've also added custom meta boxes for Google Maps, automated photo galleries and captions. A custom contact form is also added for their visitors.
