This assignment was to choose a book, whose cover could use improvement, and re-design the whole book jacket, the inside pattern and the first page of the book. Luckily for me, I recently read author John Green’s newest book, The Fault in Our Stars. It is an amazing book about teenagers living and dying with cancer, the people around them that it effects, and finding a silver lining within in all. I loved how this project let me design something that I love so much, and throughout this process let me learn more about companies that primarily work with book design.
