Transformation of a loft for the real estate agency The Singular Space, creating a balanced design with a warm yet professional atmosphere; a minimalistic approach with touches of colour, to breathe new life into this previously residential space. There is a desire to create a sensory experience for guests to feel at home. Injecting the client’s personality into the office was integral to the design approach, as was considering function.
The design outcome is a physical manifestation of sophisticated, contemporary culture, reflective of
a space designed for transcendent experiences.
