Being mainly an editorial designer I learned a lot about typography but nothing about lettering. While looking for ways to improve my design skills I discovered lettering and fell in love right away. I learned about this challenge just a month after I started learning hand lettering, so I decided to take it. Being the perfectionist I am, I took it as a personal challenge to create something everyday, even if it wasn't very good, and in the process learn and improve my skills.

Siendo principalmente una diseñadora editorial aprendí mucho sobre tipografía, pero nada sobre dibujar letras a mano. Mientras buscaba maneras de mejorar mis habilidades de diseño descubrí el lettering y me enamoré de inmediato. Escuché de este desafío apenas un mes después de estar aprendiendo a dibujar letras, así que decidí tomarlo para mejorar. Siendo la perfeccionista que soy, tomé como desafío personal el crear algo todos los días, aunque no fuera tan bueno, y en en ese proceso aprender y desarrollar mis habilidades creando letras.
