Improving The Experience of Dial-A-Ride: Public Transportation UX Research Project

This project was done under J.D. Buckley's Interaction Design 3 class at ArtCenter College of Design. Team members: Siladityaa Sharma, Tianlu Tang, Feng Ye, Darae Kim
The aim of this project was to improve senior citizens' and their care taker's experience in using Pasadena Transit's Dial-A-Ride service. The end deliverable was a mid-fidelity mock-up of the mobile and the desktop client, a process booklet that contains all the research and business strategies and a keynote presentation.
